This 1978 Pontiac WS6 Trans Am was built at the Van Nuys plant and has never left California. It was restored to be as close to Smokey and the Bandit screen-accurate re-creation as possible. It features all elements and trim pieces found on the screen-used cars, including the correct pace car-model CB-166 40-channel CB radio and police scanner with correct CB antenna.
It also features a hidden, upgraded Bluetooth sound system with hidden switchable inside and outside speakers. It has remote-controlled actual semi-truck horns hidden in the front clip with an air compressor in the trunk, and is painted in PPG Concept Black paint with a Phoenix Graphix decal kit.
This Trans Am is powered by an upgraded 350ci 8-cylinder LT1 engine mated to a 700R4 automatic transmission and is signed by Sally Field and Burt Reynolds.
