This 1947 Buick Special Model 40 is all-original, except for the paint, and has 12,000 original miles (the title reads mileage exempt). Its chrome was removed and repolished, and the car was repainted once is 2013. This cruiser is powered by a 248ci 8-cylinder engine with a 2-barrel carburetor, backed by a 3-speed manual transmission. The interior, instruments and gauges are all in good condition. The original tires were replaced when the car was invited and driven to the 10,000 Lakes Concours d’Elegance, but are included.
